Position Overview

As a Rural Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering practical and entrepreneurial advice to clients, helping them maximise the potential of their land, property, and business through effective management, diversification strategies, and the implementation of profitable environmental schemes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business solutions to farmers and landowners

• Provide farm business management and diversification advice

• Assist with managing the in-hand farm portfolio

• Advise clients on grants, subsidies, and environmental schemes

• Prepare profit and cashflow budgets for business planning

• Offer guidance on renewable technologies and their implementation

• Manage and develop new and existing client relationships

• Support the delivery of the business plan

• Meet agreed financial targets and manage own performance
