We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Pig Unit Manager for a farm in Aberdeenshire, AB21.

The pig unit is an indoor 1200-sow farrow to 7-kilo unit. The successful applicant will have 3+ years of experience in the Pig Industry.

You will lead a team of six and must demonstrate:

  • Good experience in breeding production
  • Staff management experience
  • Leadership & effective communication skills
  • Excellent stockmanship
  • Problem-solving & adaptability
  • The ability to keep accurate records
  • The ability to manage, motivate and organise a team of staff daily
