An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced arable operator to join our family-run farming business. E C Brown and Sons is a progressive 750-hectare operation in Cambridgeshire, specializing in onions, potatoes, and combinable crops.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a range of modern farm machinery for Cultivations, Drilling, Grain carting and Irrigation.

• Ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standard and performing basic servicing.

• Assisting with all aspects of crop production.

• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety standards.

About You:

• Proven experience in arable farming and operating agricultural machinery.

• Knowledge of modern farming techniques and GPS technology is preferred.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to work as part of a close-knit team.

• Full driving license.
